Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Senior Quality Egineer to join their client, a leading manufacturer, in Plymouth. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that their products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. With your mechanical engineering background, you will bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to their quality control processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining quality standards and specifications, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise during the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be key in ensuring that their products meets their customers' expectations.

As t heir Senior Quality Engineer, you will also be involved in training and mentoring Junior Engineers and Quality Control Personnel. Your extensive knowledge and experience in the field of quality engineering will be invaluable in developing the skills of their team members and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
