Job description

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified professionals for the positions of Security Officers at our Aspers Northampton site.

Brand Ambassadors for the business a Security Officer is an advocate of creating a friendly, entertaining and safe Aspers Casino environment compliant with license conditions and SIA legislation.

Aspers Security Officers are accountable for the delivery of exceptional customer service and minimising risk.

Responsibilities include:

• Exceptional people management
• negotiation and communication skills
• Creating a friendly and safe Aspers Casino environment
• Understand and delivers in the compliance of license conditions
• Consistently demonstrates physical intervention and conflict management practical skills
• Compliant to SIA legislation

Adheres to both licensing and SIA legislation when dealing with conflict incidents.

Selection Criteria (Desirable):

• A valid SIA Doors Supervisor License
• Understanding of Challenge 25
• Knowledge of the Stratford area & clientele
• A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and recognition

A minimum of 2 years Security experience in a high volume, fast paced environment governed by legislation.
