Job description

We’re working with a long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors who specialise in the management of residential blocks and estates across London and the inner M25.

Traditional in their approach but extremely modern in their methods, our client now seeks an additional Property Manager / Block Manager as follows:

• 1-4 years’ experience in block management, undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to major works oversight
• Professional qualifications useful but not essential and can be supported in post for those keen to obtain them
• Might consider a highly competent Assistant Property Manager or recently promoted Property Manager seeking a more independent setting
• Can-do attitude, accountable with commercial awareness underpinned by a genuine service mentality
• Compact mixed block portfolio, all within the M25
• Flexible working available once settled, up to 4 days per week from home if preferred

Our client works from modern offices with a long-standing friendly team and a loyal client base providing relatively issue free estates.

In addition to a structured career path the successful Property Manager / Block Manager can expect a starting salary £45k – £50k plus a generous holiday allowance and lots of quirky office perks including personal trainer and team nights out.
