A fantastic opportunity to work for a very good client of mine based in Bishops Stortford has just arisen.
TheDigital Marketing Executivewill be responsible for all aspects of their content marketing assets. This will include managing content, email campaigns, social media, perhaps PPC & paid advertising campaigns, website, SEO, sign-ups and email-automation.
This will be done to support the wider business as well as manage the communications with customers.

My clients are a group of successful niche businesses with the headquarters being in Bishop’s Stortford. The role is initially office based but with scope to WFH for part of the week once the successful candidate has gained the required knowledge of our products and systems.
Description
- Work with all relevant teams to manage the delivery of website and marketing content via key digital platforms
- Manage YouTube, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn content, coordinating across the Customer service department as well as manage all social complaints via DM or comments.
- Work with key internal and external partners and agencies to manage content delivery (SEO & website content)
- Manage email lists and automation for different programs ensuring once clients sign up for a program, we continue to engage them with additional support.
- Report on campaign and engagement results to provide insights and suggest further actions to improve engagement through Google Analytics & other tools
Profile
- Web content creation, content management and social media experience
- Knowledge of current digital best practice, able to become an expert advisor to the business on its digital strategy
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Evidence of creating successful email marketing campaigns
- CMS & websites, CRM and managing social media platforms
- Dot Digital and Photoshop or equivalent content creation experience
- Experience in digital best practice and keeps up-to-dated with industry trends
- Understanding of digital analytic tools including e-commerce CMS, Google analytics, Facebook business manager Ability to communicate ideas and strategy to obtain buy in from senior internal management.
