Job description
A lovely new role has arisen for an analytical and strategic individual to work for a luxury multi-channel and global brand. Your key partnerships will be working alongside Production, Buying & Merchandising, Marketing and Product Development and you will be reporting into Head of production.
Responsibilities:
- Upload and maintain product information in M3/VXL system both for continuity and new products, process purchase orders
- Communicate with Merch, meeting weekly to provide production updates
- Create product line sheets -Perform inventory and supply chain management to achieve inventory turnover goals and maximize sales.
- Support the team in the product creation process from concept to launch by supporting communication cross-functionally and providing administrative support for the team.
- Plan and coordinate product development activities to ensure timely completion (manage Critical Path documents and timelines)
- Keep detailed notes of all changes, discrepancies, and approvals throughout the product development process
- Ensure all shared documents are complete and accurate
- Facilitate presentation prep as needed
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of marketing and sales principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Able to commute to Oxford Circus

- Ideally, a business, marketing, or design-related degree, be an excellent Italian speaker, reader and writer.
