An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to become part of a dynamic and energetic environment. The Operations Manager is is a varied role which will have responsibility for the smooth running of the health and safety and compliance operations team.
Your role will be to effectively manage the operations process for the business, including monitoring and controlling the auditing schedule, handling queries from clients, suppliers and staff, together with driving process efficiencies. This is a pivotal senior travel job in a growing business which requires engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
As Operations Manager you will ensure the portal database is functioning effectively and manage the deployment of upgrades with external partners and the operations team.
You'll have an eye for everything safety related and will be confident in making decisions on specific issues or incidents relating to accommodation or suppliers, in conjunction with the auditing team.
This is a home based health and safety travel job with the occasional need to travel to events, conferences and partners offices.
