Job description

As an Internal Communications Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication within our organisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to inform, engage, and inspire our employees across all levels. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of internal communication best practices, and a creative approach to engaging employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
  2. Create engaging content for various internal communication channels, including email newsletters, intranet articles, and digital signage.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and share updates on company initiatives, projects, and milestones.
  4. Manage the company intranet platform, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible to employees.
  5. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as town hall meetings, employee recognition programs, and team-building events.
  6. Monitor and analyse internal communication metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Provide communication support for company-wide initiatives, including change management projects, employee surveys, and corporate announcements.
  8. Serve as a brand ambassador by maintaining consistency in messaging and ensuring all communications adhere to company branding guidelines.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal communications, incorporating new ideas and technologies to enhance communication strategies.
