A much valued client is seeking a Registered Nurse to join us at a care home located in North Edinburgh. The care home offers high-quality care for elderly residents, including those affected by dementia, strokes, or Parkinson's disease.
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice. You'll oversee all aspects of your shift and continuously assess, plan, and evaluate residents' needs to implement a person-centered care plan. You'll also mentor your team members and role-model best practice.
To be considered, you must be a current NMC (RGN) registered nurse with excellent communication and report writing skills, you should have an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
