Head of Residential Conveyancing
Location: Exeter
This highly reputable firm based in Exeter is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to head up their Conveyancing team.
You would be responsible for your own case load which would be varied. To give an idea, your cases could include residential conveyancing, sales and purchases, remortgages, leasehold, new builds, and transfers of equity. You would be dealing with all matters from beginning to end.
As the head of department, you would also be responsible for supervising and managing the team. Providing support to team members, conducting supervision of files, ensuring that targets are met and the team is working efficiently.
Previous experience of managing a team or team members would essential and exemplary legal knowledge and experience in the conveyancing sector is a must.
This firm is keen on progression and so although this is a head of department role, there are career development opportunities on offer as well as a competitive salary and a benefits package.
