Senior Residential Property Manager - PSRA Licensed
Our client, an established Property Management company based in Dublin 12, are seeking a talented and driven Senior Property Manager to join their growing team. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of block management and liaising with OMCs.

The Ideal Candidate:
If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:
- 3+ years' experience managing property blocks/ OMCs.
- Proven record of success with all aspects of block management, including budgeting, maintenance planning, & liaising directly with clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Valid PSRA D License
- Vehicle owner with a valid driver's license
- Up-to-date knowledge of all relevant legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 & property related CRM systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactive approach to all aspects of block management
- Dealing with building structural issues
- Maintaining a high level of service & rapport building with client base.
- Compiling/ organising planned preventative maintenance schedules/ budgeting.
- Attending/ chairing Director's meetings, AGMS/ EGMs.
