About the job
Within this role, you will be assisting in the running of the Home Department and the small team with you. You will be assisting their development and improvement while also making sure they offer the best customer service around. Make sure that there is stock to put out and when putting it out, it's done correctly.
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will already have strong retail experience but also possess a passion for fast-paced environments. Someone who is comfortable working with a team as you will be required to get the best out of your team here to improve sales and profit. A forward-thinking person is ideal, giving ideas on how to further increase profit and sales.
