As a global brand my client provides an exceptional home experience creating unique interiors from the design process through to installation. They have their own furniture production and interior design studio allowing the company to design and produce unique pieces reflecting character and lifestyle of their clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager with a premium luxury interiors brand based in Chelsea Harbour. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will also lead and manage a team of sales professionals, develop sales strategies, and work with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Person requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the interiors/luxury furniture sector
• Demonstrated ability to manage and drive results
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship building skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, including account planning and management, opportunity identification, and proposal development
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the luxury furniture/interiors in the London Area is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
