Finance Manager - Full-time - Permanent - SALARY: £50k-65k
Mon to Fri - 9am till 5pm 100% in the office ( no option to work from Home )
Managing a small team of Credit controllers & Finance Assistants
* Running an accounts department of a 8 to 10 million pound company turn over
* To Manage the finance and credit control team
* Bookkeeping / Accounting / Sage / Payroll / Credit control
* People Management dealing with conflict.
* Helping business to work in Europe / distribution.
* Accounting background AAT /
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* Qualified in Finance and Accounting ( AAT ACCA AAT CIMA ECT ) or qualified by experience
* Staff development & Supervisory experience
* Strong leadership skills & excellent communication skills and relationship building
* Demonstrable ability to work with people at all levels
* Good knowledge of English - verbal and written
* Experience of using SAGE
* Decision-making based on company objectives.
