Are you ready to take your recruitment career to new heights? We have fantastic news for you! We are currently expanding our team and offering job opportunities for Recruitment Consultants at all levels.

We have over 45 year's experience in the construction sector and have recently moved into a newly refurbished modern office in the heart of Nottingham, conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the train station/tram network. Our valued staff who already benefit from this work space will confirm it is a positive work environment where success is rewarded. Our salary banding starts from £23,000 for an associate level and goes up to £42,500 for a principal level, depending on your experience - however if what you are looking for doesn't sit within these bandings please still contact us. We've recently undergone a business restructure appointing three new Associate Directors & two new Sales Directors, which means there are fast-track opportunities for growth and advancement for those looking for opportunities to progress into management

• Uncapped commission available from Day 1 - no waiting for probation pass to earn!
• Car allowance for experienced/senior level applicants which also includes a parking pass

• Working hours are 8am until 5pm Monday - Friday with flexibility on offer which is based on the individual
• Dress down Fridays every week plus smart casual dress code in place

We are seeking individuals with proven experience in recruitment, although industry specificity is not necessary for Consultant roles. If you're applying for an associate role, any experience in face-to-face business interactions or telephone sales will be considered.
