Job description
The key responsibilities:
- In charge of coordinating crucial information, engineering, and working drawing packages, as well as securing all required technical approvals and permissions.
- Additionally, providing technical assistance to the Senior Technical Manager and Technical Manager as needed on various projects.
- Facilitating communication with colleagues, consultants, and contractors to prepare submission materials and acquire Planning, Building Regulations, and other necessary approvals.
- Ensuring alignment with the needs of internal and external stakeholders and upholding the Organisation's quality standards in design and construction.
- Actively contributing to the evaluation of design developments, new products, and construction techniques through participation in collaborative reviews.
