Property Maintenance & Facilities Manager needed in Bromley Paying £307.43 per day ref 1194442

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• to take a lead role in managing and reporting on hard facilities
• To lead the planned maintenance team and take responsibility for the identification and delivery of an annual programme of planned maintenance.
• To undertake investigations and analyse complex property and financial data.
