Job description

Are you a proactive and diligent Compliance Administrator seeking a varied role that plays a pivotal part in the smooth running of the office and direct support to our Employment Services & Payroll team? This opportunity could be for you!

We are recruiting a Compliance Administrator to support our highly successful Employment Services & Payroll team with all aspects of administration including record keeping, data management, document management, project work and general office support. This role forms part of a group-wide support network, so there is always help at hand and team interaction.

Our core services are Accountancy and Business Advisory, Audit, Corporate Finance, Forensic Accounting, and Taxation alongside outsourced FD and HR support.

This is a permanent, full-time position 09.00 – 17.15 Monday to Friday and based at our Birmingham office.

Responsibilities

Provide administration support to the Partner and Managers across the team

Preparation of letters, reports, spreadsheet management and other required documents using MS Office and bespoke packages

Support in data management activity, including information reporting, data integrity, updating client information

Producing Contract updates and accurate compliance records

Produce management reports and analysis

Be proactive with compliance checks and onboarding process

Personal Attributes

A good understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Be confident with database administration and preparation of reports

Accurate keyboard skills and good proofread skills

NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent

Good oral and written communication skills with a professional manner

Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment and deliver quality administration

Have a conscientious and willing approach
