Location:Remote (Travel Across South-East Region)
Salary: Up-to £55,000 DOE + Company Car + Annual Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Are you committed to helping our customers when they need our support the most? As a Loss Adjuster, you will have the opportunity to join our Home Insurance Claims business covering the South-East region.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a portfolio of large and complex household property claims within the household team. You will have full accountability for visiting, validating, reserving, and negotiating settlement of complex and larger household property claims, including those over £100,000 in value!

You will be working closely with claims colleagues to manage our major and complex losses, with an element of supply chain management.
Undertaking site visits for larger or more complex claims to agree a claims project plan with key stakeholders
Ensuring complex and large loss cases are appropriately managed
Identifying potentially fraudulent or dishonest claim related behaviour
Working collaboratively to develop technical strategies to control indemnity spend on claims
Being an advocate for the referral point for claim handling colleagues, particularly on building claims and wider claims department with subject matter expertise
Undertaking aspects of supplier account performance management to ensure contractual, operational, regulatory, and business strategy requirements
Demonstrable experience of handling large and complex property claims up to and over £50,000 in value
Field claims management experience would be preferable
Thorough knowledge of the anatomy of domestic buildings and understanding of their defects, suitable repairs, and drying techniques
Stakeholder management skills
A self-starter with a proven ability to solve problems and deliver results that add value
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
