HCC Care Short Term Bedded Services aim to ensure a consistent approach to bed based Short Term Services which support timely discharges, admission avoidance and community options for Hampshire residents to enable a strength based and person-centred assessment. Through our services, we also ensure positive outcomes for individuals who need us. You’ll be responsible for assessments through to delivering the required interventions, enabling you to see first hand the impact of your support. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced practitioner looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
