Job Summary and key responsibilities: 
Reporting to the Rent Arrears Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our fast growing Credit Control department based in Crowthorne. As a Senior Credit Controller you will be responsible for timely collection of rent on behalf of our clients & fees across your portfolio. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Entering and allocating daily bank receipts 
• Chasing outstanding debts for multiple entities by phone/email on a daily basis 
• Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO 
• Monthly review of the sales ledges for 3 entities 
• Delivering month end aged debt reporting to the business 
• Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are adhered to 
• Maintaining existing training documents 
• Building relationships with internal and external customers 
• Completion of month end tasks within the agreed time frame 
• Attending credit control related meetings as and when required

• Strong level of IT related skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
