Job Description
As senior Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for:
- Manage and oversee the entire accounts payable function.
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices and payment run.
- Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with suppliers.
- Prepare and present AP reports to the management.
- Work closely with the procurement team to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with company's financial policies and regulations.
- Provide training and support to the AP team members.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior AP Specialist should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable principles.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
