Job description

SF are currently recruiting for a Project and Site Controller based in Sutton in Ashfield on a 12 month contract with potential to be extended or go permanent. This role offers flexible working hours and working from home options.

Salary is up to £40,000
Hybrid working
Flexible working hours (Finish at half 12 on Fridays)
12 Month contract with potential to extend or go permanent

Job duties:
- Full management of month end processes from journal preparation to completion of management accounts
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Cash management including bank reconciliations and payment forecasting
- Monitoring of department costs vs budgets and forecasts
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Quarterly VAT returns and related reporting
- Oversee all transactional finance including purchase ledger, sales ledger, cash allocations and credit control
- Approval of outgoings including payroll, supplier payments and purchase orders
- Preparation and presentation of monthly site KPIs
- Management of annual audit process
- Ad hoc project work and reporting as required by Group
