After Sales Parts Person

£23,000 + Commission (£32,000 OTE)

Peterborough

Mon to Fri

Our customer is looking for a After Sales Parts Person to join their busy team in Peterborough. The role is with one of the UK's best Construction Plant Maintenance companies and comes with potential career progression. The ideal candidate will have great administration skills along with a good telephone manner and be computer literate.

Responsibilities:

* Answering incoming calls when required.

* Raising Invoices and sending to customers.

* Liaising with customers to agree additional work.

* Liaise with parts department and hand over sales leads.

* Carrying out general admin. duties e.g. filing.

* Producing accurate estimates for customers.

* Checking all service jobs and validating before invoicing.

Key Skills:

* Attention to detail.

* A proven track record of Parts/ Service sales role within the Construction or similar industry.

* Experience of Microsoft office.

* Experience with Workshop Management Systems.

* Clean driving licence and good driving record
