The Charity is urgently in need of funds, to restore and renovate the beautiful buildings ranging from 17th century to 30 years old, so that more retreatants can enjoy the peace and tranquility of this very special space. We also would like to become more eco friendly; connect more with the communities and provide more opportunities for people to come here and receive the help they need to improve their health and well-being.
Our Retreat provides a haven for replenishment ~ a sanctuary from busy lives. It is open to people of all faiths and those without ~ to find peace, fulfillment and joy within and without. We teach Meditation, Mindfulness, Bones for Life, Yoga, Well-Being ~ and offer Counselling/Coaching and Natural Energy Therapy for people and animals~ also training in these subjects.
