A leading Global Fashion Retail Company, with a Head Office based in Oxford Circus, and a headcount of 240 employees in London.

Your new role
HR Generalist (Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner). The main focus of this role will be recruitment and day-to-day operational HR functions, supporting managers in the Head Office and in Retail Store across London.

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPD Level 5
• Experience in full employee lifecycle including recruitment
• Prioritise business and customer needs and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Exoerience in managing complex Employee Relation cases
• Strong IT skills and experience in Talent Acquisition technologies & Software (e.g. SAP, Success Factors)
