Crook
Up to £21.35p/h
36 hours per week

The role will involve:
• Working alongside a fantastic clinical team supporting the residents who are predominantly young adults with physical disabilities
• Care planning , medication administration & related medical duties
• Ensuring the residents personal & clinical needs are met, whether it be a cuppa & a chat or a medication review
• Ensuring care standards are met at all times & personal development
The home itself:
• Is circa 25 beds
• Located in Crook, Durham
• Rated at OUTSTANDING with CQC!
• Shifts are 8pm to 8am including breaks
• Caters for the those with physical disabilities
