Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities and JPS Rochester is on the hunt for a Customer Sales Advisor who's as passionate about great service as we are!

Working Hours: 7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday
Location: G1 Knights Park, Knight Road, Strood, Rochester, Kent, ME2 2LS
Key Responsibilities:
Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values
Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
Use our in-house systems to source materials, process customer orders, organise delivery times, manage stock control and keep customers updated throughout their journey
Keep the branch and yard looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
Act as a relief driver for the branch, performing deliveries to our customers when needed in a 3.5t van
Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
Required Skills and Experience
Full manual driving license held for more than 1 year
Previous industry experience/building materials knowledge preferred but not essential
Experience in a customer facing environment
IT literate
Passion for working with people with a positive can-do attitude
