23 months contract with a North London based Local Authority

Job Summary:

As an EUC Mobile Phone Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to endusers experiencing issues with their mobile devices.

Your duties will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues configuring and setting up mobile devices for new starters and providing training and guidance to users.

The EUC Mobile Phone Support Engineer will be working within time frames outlined within the Digital Services Service Level Agreement.

This would involve prioritising and managing support requests to ensure that they are resolved within the specified time frame and to the satisfaction of the enduser.

Mobile phone platform migration.

Your responsibilities will also include supporting the migration of mobile phone platforms from EE to Gamma.

Your duties will include planning number porting organising collection and deployment of new SIM cards whilst also supporting the configuration of mobile devices.

Key Duties/Accountabilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to endusers experiencing issues with their mobile devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SLA and in a timely and efficient manner.

Configure and set up mobile devices for new & existing users using a Mobile Device Management tool.

Provide training and guidance to users on the use of their mobile devices.

Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.

Planning porting collection and deployment of new SIM cards.

Process document maintenance.

Essential Experience Required:

Provide technical support and assistance to endusers experiencing issues with their mobile devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SLA and in a timely and efficient manner.

Configure and set up mobile devices for new & existing users using a Mobile Device Management tool.

Provide training and guidance to users on the use of their mobile devices.

Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.

Additional information to note:

Candidates will be required to work 5 days per week at the Enfield Council Civic centre. The role is not remote working.

An earlier start date is possible if the candidate is available sooner.
