Lead Product Owner
Radbroke, Knutsford
As a Barclays Lead Product Owner, you will have an exciting opportunity to be working for Barclaycard Payments Merchant Services Operations whose function is to enable improvements in controls, colleague journeys and customer journeys through the delivery of Operational Strategic Transformation initiative. Your future team also act as a central point for all operational product related initiatives from a prioritisation /roadmap and remediation perspective.

What will you be doing?
• Being responsible for managing a diverse team of direct and matrix reporting lines
• Shaping the Ops product vision & roadmap
• Being responsible for managing the combined ops initiative backlog (Product/Ops Change/Tech initiatives)
• Driving action throughout the organisation to get products delivered on time and on budget
• Being responsible for planning and carrying out product delivery and launch
• Driving Product Owners and Analysts to deliver initiatives
• Significant experience in financial services including Payments /Merchant Services (Issuing & Acquiring) businesses
• Experience in operating in a multi-geographic, matrix organization, with proven ability to balance commercial, client, and regulatory needs across businesses and geographies
• Experience of working with third-party suppliers
• Excellent track record of execution
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Previous experience with workflows tools (PEGA/Salesforce/MS Dynamics/Appian/Service Now)
• Experience in Financial Crime /Know your Customer (KYC) processes and standards
