Are you a Project Manager experienced at delivering a diverse range of Regeneration schemes and looking for your next Public Sector opportunity?

I am working with a Local Authority based in Surrey who are looking for an Interim Regeneration Project Manager to oversee the redevelopments of a range of commercial buildings, from offices, retail outlets, theatres, and a leisure centre.

Reporting to the Head of Regeneration, here is what you will be responsible for…

• Lead cross functional teams to deliver projects within time and budget.
• Conduct thorough feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform project decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, investors.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.

This role is purely delivery focused, looking at RIBA stages 2 upwards. Full-Cycle Development, Project Management experience within the Public Sector is ideal.
