Job Description
The responsibilities of the Contract Manager includes:
- Daily engineering team management
- Compliance
- Monthly reporting
- recommend improvements
- Stakeholder engagement
- Quality assurance
- Financial planning: forecasting, budgeting and analysis, profit delivery
- Ensure strong client relationships
- Review and analyse
The Successful Applicant
- Background in Building Services industry.
- HV Authorised Person (Preferable).
- Completed recognised formal Electrical or Mechanical training (city and Guilds level, ONC/HNC or Higher).
- Understanding of Health and Safety issues, NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent training preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities.
- Capacity to work under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering services within time constraints.
