Job description
Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Operative, to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Truro & surrounding areas.
You need to be available to work Monday to Friday, main hours will occur between 2-8pm, 30 hours per week at £12 per hour, during School holidays you will be required to work during the day to accompany on Deep Cleans.
We do ask for some weekend availability as some hours may need to be completed on a Saturday.
This is a hands on cleaning position, Cleaning experience preferred . Working part of a team in the educational service.
DBS will be taken upon appointment.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen family, as well as the Schools, you will need to demonstrate diplomacy with fellow staff , customers and you’re surroundings .
You must be trustworthy, well organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer comments
• Daily contact with Customer / site team
• Daily rectifying of faults
• Ensure specification is fully compliant
• Follow all COSHH , H/S and colour coding
• Use of Timegate for Actual pay
• Training new and existing employees
• Standing in at short notice to cover Sickness & Holidays
