Academics are looking for Psychology Graduates to join our team as a Behavioural Support Assistant to work with pupils with additional needs or individuals who display behaviours that some may find challenging.

We have strong relationships with a number of primary schools throughout Cardiff which will enable you to expand your knowledge of ALN and different age groups.

The role: To work flexibly within various Primary schools across Cardiff.

Hours: Mon to Fri: 8:30am – 3:30pm.

Start date: 8/1/2024

Location: Cardiff

Pupils: The children you will support will be diagnosed with Autism or may experience comorbidity with ADHD, specific learning difficulties, downs-syndrome and in some cases, mental health difficulties due to challenges within their home-life.

It is imperative that you have a strong background and knowledge of psychology in order to sufficiently support these students.

What you’ll need?

* To be a Psychology Graduate with a relevant degree.
* An enhanced DBS check and registered with the EWC (We can assist you with this!)
* Able to commute or be local to Cardiff
