Adult Multi-Agency Safeguarding (MASH) - Safeguarding with Confidence
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Adult MASH hub as a minute taker.
The Adult Mash Team provides support for individuals who are at risk of or have experienced harm and have care and support needs. The team also links closely with a variety of services and virtual partner agencies, these include Children’s Services, Police, various health colleagues, CQC and Advocacy as well as a range of voluntary and provider services.
As part of our strong and supportive team you will be responsible for arranging Adult at Risk meetings and attending the meetings to record the minutes, typing up these minutes and distributing them in accordance with processes for protecting confidential information. You will record on customer records on Liquid Logic.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills and IT abilities. Previous experience in recording minutes and administrative duties will be essential. You will need to demonstrate a positive attitude and confidence in managing your own workload.
Your substantive manager must agree to you transferring to the secondment role. This agreement must be sought in principle before applying for the seconded role. If the secondment will impact significantly on service delivery, your substantive manager may not agree to the secondment.
