Job description

Our client, a leading supplier company is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Installation Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills to contribute to the success of our client's operations. This role is a combination of strong admin and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the installation process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary resources are allocated appropriately


• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to installation projects


• Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to gather project requirements and ensure timely completion of installations


• Schedule and coordinate installation activities with internal teams and external contractors/vendors


• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of installation activities and completion status


• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders regarding project time lines and any potential issues or delays

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a coordination role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry


• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams


• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using project management tools


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to installation projects


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
