If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex care or if you already have complex care experience this could be the perfect job role for you!
We have several new opportunities available working with children within their own homes in and around Redcar supporting with their complex care needs.
We specialise in delivering high-quality, personalised support that empowers our clients to lead fulfilling lives. As a Complex Care Health Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our mission to enhance the well-being of those who require specialised attention.
You will provide support with personal care, moving and handling, clinical observations and attending to their clinical care needs when required. You will assist them to enjoy their hobbies and interests and provide a supportive and positive environment that promotes independence and dignity.
Shifts Available
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £12.00 per hour (Approx. £144 per 12-hour shift)
Weeknights: £12.50 per hour (Approx. £150 per 12-hour shift)
Weekends: £12.75 per hour (Approx. £153 per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £156 per 12-hour shift)
An example of an annual salary based on 2 x 12-hour day shifts = £14,976 per annum
An example of an annual salary based on 3 x 12-hour night shifts = £15, 600 per annum
Our service users have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
