As the Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in my client’s mission. With a main focus being on content and digital marketing, you will have experience in producing email, blog, PR content and will have managed social media accounts. Some knowledge of Google analytics and SEO would be desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
Community Focus: Growing their community by implementing their member communications strategy.
Crafting member communication emails and compelling automated notifications with clear calls to action, and monitoring their success.
Developing and expanding national campaigns, raising awareness.
Nurturing, developing, and promoting member success stories.
Enhancing the platform's social media presence, especially on Facebook.
Analysing member data to increase marketing activities that yield tangible results.
Monitoring member NPS and implementing activities to enhance it.
Using analytics tools to track traffic volume and conversion through the signup funnel.
Handling inbound support inquiries from members.
Managing the member/B2C area of the platform, including monitoring reviews, exit feedback, and member profiles.
Wider Commercial Role: Building and delivering lead-generation campaigns, including webinars, trade shows, targeted emails, and LinkedIn promotion.
Optimising marketing-owned websites for conversion rates and SEO.
Keeping their CRM system up-to-date, particularly tracking Lead Sources for ROI.
Qualifying inbound inquiries before passing them to the New Business team.
Collaborating closely with colleagues across the business and external agencies when necessary.
Person Specification:

Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Demonstrated marketing experience.
Computer literacy (Office365 suite). SEO, Google analytics and content.
Strong spelling and grammar.
Strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Commitment to personal development.
Flexibility and a willingness to support other areas of the business when needed.
Desirable:
Understanding of or passion for behavioral change.
Multimedia skills are a bonus (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
