Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Understanding Tenancies: You'll learn how tenancies align with our policies, procedures, and targets, especially regarding anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes, and tenancy breaches
• Customer Champion: As the point of contact for resolving resident complaints and providing advice, you'll develop invaluable customer service skills
• Supporting Diverse Needs: You'll learn to work with diverse individuals who require extra support and discover both internal and external agencies to refer residents to for the right assistance

The training you will be getting

Housing and Property Management Level 3 apprenticeship.

The training is online with monthly workshops.

Off the job training is supported.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

To gain valuable experience and knowledge to apply for a Neighbourhood Officer role afterwards.

There would be opportunities to apply to other housing departments or move sideways and progress.
