Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brokers to manage client portfolios efficiently.
- Assist in preparing documentation and policy materials.
- Respond promptly to client queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and organize client meetings and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
Requirements:- Previous experience in an administrative or support role within the insurance sector is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with insurance software (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
