Job description

Are you a friendly and client focussed Support Worker with a passion for supporting people and keen to make a positive difference?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Support Worker.

At Langley we believe in equipping our staff to be the best they can be. That means providing excellent support and free training to enable you to make a rewarding difference to people’s lives every day. We have a great opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our flag ship care home based in Taunton on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week .

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £26,200 per annum (£23,817 plus 10% market premium of £2,381) as well as other generous BENEFITS which include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A satisfactory enhanced DBS and Adults Barred List check is required for this role and job offers will be subject to the Trust receiving satisfactory evidence of the successful applicant’s right to work in the UK.

About HOUSE OF ST MARTIN

House of St Martin is a Registered care home for men with multiple needs, including substance misuse, mental health needs or a learning disability. It is located three miles from Taunton and set in six acres of beautiful countryside. The home is registered to support 31 men, offering full-board catering. We provide a safe calm environment from which men can plan their next steps and grow in independence.
