Job description

The Rose Road Association is a Registered Charity dedicated to providing essential care and support services in Southampton. Our primary focus is on assisting children and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or autism.

The Rose Road Association is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide support for the care needs of individuals in our overnight Respite Centre and Community-based Services. You will play a vital role in training and mentoring staff, conducting ongoing assessments, developing personalised care programs, assisting individuals with diverse needs.

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent organisational, communication, and written skills. Prior experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and autism is essential. Additionally, holding a Diploma or HE degree in Nursing and being registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council are necessary for this role.

Hours: Up to 37hrs per week, may include some evenings and weekends plus occasional waking nights
