Office Administrator
Our client is a leading processor and recycler of Waste Electrical and Electro nic Equipm en t in th e UK are lo ok ing to expand our te am and rec rui t an expe r ienced Office Administrator to assist the Office Ma na ger.
Qual ifi cations :
• GCSE Maths and Engli s h minimum.
Experience :
•2-year minimum experience in an office environment
• Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
• E xper ien ce within an account 's office is an a dvanta ge
Skills :
• MS Office Suite: Primarily Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Displaying effective commun icati on both ora ll y and in writing, while possessing an excellent telephone manner.
• Must have the abil ity to multitask, working on yo ur init i ative with m ini mal supervision
and having a conscien tiou s and thorough approach to wo rk .
• Ability to successfully prioritise, manage time and r esources, displaying effective organisationa l ski ll s.
• Have a flexible approach to work and display a willingness to u nderta ke var i ed
responsibilities, working a l one or as part of a team.
• Punctual, polite, profe ssiona l, and courteous towards customers.
Main Duties:
• Reporting to the Office M anager you w i ll assist with a ll aspects of the recruitment process, searc h i ng through CVs on various search eng ine s, contacting and a rr ang in g inter views for su itabl e cand id ates.
• Ass i st ing t h e Accounts De p artme nt with in voice data entry, timesheets, and Purchase Orders
• H an dl e t e l ephone and e - mail queries.
• Organ i se day-to-day administrative duties.
• Ass i st with d aily office operations as required.
• Maintain an up-to-date filing sys t e m.
Job Type: Full - time - 42.5 hrs per week 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (0.5 hour for lunch)
Salary: £25,000 to £26,520 (ne got i ab l e dependi ng on experience)
