Account Manager, Birmingham, £28-32k
Due to sustained business growth and new account wins, my client is now seeking to appoint an additional Account Manager, to join their existing team. The company has a loyal client base consisting of many National and Global Brands and prides themselves on their ability to produce high quality Print Solutions.
The successful Account Manager will be responsible for:
*You will act as the main point of contact for an existing portfolio of accounts.
*Building and maintain strong working relationships with your client base.
*Respond to/answer client inquiries in a timely manner.
*Attend customer meetings outside of the office when required to discussed briefs, review etc. and provide feedback from customer meetings to Sales Director.
*Take detailed briefs, and then fully brief all relevant Departments to ensure the client’s needs and expectations are fully realised.
*Identify and follow up on potential additional business opportunities with existing customers – cross selling/introducing new services.
*Work with all other departments to provide new innovation for clients, expanding company’s product portfolio.
*Liaise with the other Customer Service and Account Managers to improve customer service company-wide.
*Use/update the MIS system to ensure all jobs are actioned and effectively/efficiently moved through production, resulting in an accurate and timely delivery.
Requirements
*Must have prior experience as a Print Account Manager.
*Background in handling Commercial Print, Large Format, POS or similar briefs.
*Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
*Can-do attitude to meet challenges and requests from customers
*Strong Organisational and communication skills
You must be UK based and live within a commutable distance of the where the position is located. Sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
