Marketing Manager
JS Legal Recruitment are working with a law firm who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their internal marketing initiatives. Working alongside their external marketing and business development support company, Consortium, this role requires a proactive and dynamic professional who can drive our clients marketing strategy, oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans, and manage their digital presence.
The Role
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with company’s objectives.
- Collaborate with Consortium to align internal marketing activities with broader business development initiatives.
- Report to and work closely with the COO to ensure marketing strategies complement overall business goals.
Team Management and Development:
- Recruit and manage a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing plans.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring effective communication and workflow within the marketing team and with external partners.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Event Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of on-site and external events, ensuring they align with company’s brand and objectives.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor relationships, and promotional materials.
Digital Marketing and Content Management:
- Oversee social media platforms and website content, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance online presence and client engagement.
- Analyse digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditure and provide regular financial reports to the CEO.
Experience / Skills
- Degree or other qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, within the legal sector essential
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content development.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
- Familiarity with budget management and reporting.
