This is a global leader in luxury transports based in central London. They provide a wide range of services including charters, design & construction, luxury transport sales and more for high-net worth individuals internationally.

Due to growth within the business, they are looking to hire a talented Assistant Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team.

This position will be full-time in office during probation, then hybrid working upon successful completion.

Role

The Assistant Management Accountant for this luxury transport retail firm, will be hands-on with supporting the month-end, transactional and management account processes. They will take on a number of key duties including:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Prepare the monthly accruals and prepayments
• Updating Accounts Payable Ledgers with entry of invoices
• Process payments and expenses
• Processing daily bank reconciliations
• Liaise with key stakeholders and customers on a regular basis
• Assist with various ad hoc accounting requirements
• Processing ad hoc reporting

Profile

The ideal profile for this Assistant Management Accountant position, should have the following attributes:

• Ideally 2+ years of experience within a similar capacity supporting month-end processes
• Actively studying towards a recognised qualification (AAT, ACCA or CIMA)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good double entry & Excel knowledge
• Bachelors Degree with top academics or active AAT studier is preferred
• Evidence of engaging with clients/stakeholders is advantageous
• Background in retail/practice is advantageous

Salary & Benefits

£32,000 to £36,000 plus benefits including:
