As a maintenance professional, you understand the importance you play in a production environment. Maybe you're looking for a new maintenance role where you feel valued and where there is an emphasis on your well-being.

To ensure a work-life balance, the normal hours of work are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.


Based near Southampton, this established global company continues growing from strength to strength. As part of their development, they are seeking a maintenance engineer or technician ready to take their next step, to join their experienced equipment support team.

What you will be doing:

Carrying out equipment upgrades and maintenance on high-value capital equipment such as preform lathes.

Analysing and addressing equipment breakdowns.

Driving continuous improvement for enhanced reliability and scalability.

Developing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.

Collaborating with equipment suppliers for the commissioning of new equipment.

Implementing the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programme.

Providing crucial support to engineers in product and project development.

Collaboration with R&D, engineering, and production teams.

About you:


We are seeking hands-on experience in working on or repairing high-value manufacturing equipment. Specific experience with lathes and winding machines would be advantageous but not essential. You will need to be happy to work in a clean room environment.
