What we are looking for: - A qualified Family Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Family Law
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in negotiation, debate, and persuasion techniques
- Bristol-based to contribute to the business's local development
- Strong business development skills
- Keen interest in supporting and nurturing junior staff members
- Active involvement in shaping the firm's culture
- Excellent IT skills to thrive in an innovative and forward-thinking law firm
Key Responsibilities: - Manage a diverse caseload covering divorce, financial matters, private and public children matters, and cohabitation disputes
- Draft, negotiate, and review court documents such as pleadings or witness statements
- Collaborate with various professionals, including psychologists, doctors, social workers, and police officers
- Serve as a team leader for upcoming junior team members
- Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to their skill development and experience, thereby shaping Lyons Bowe's future
- Engage in business development activities alongside the Head of Family Law and independently to grow the Family Law segment in Bristol
