If so, we invite you to join our Supported Living team and become a part of something truly special! We currently have a variety of full-time and part-time shifts available based between Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy.

Supported Living service operates 24 hours per day with a mixture of day shifts (8am start), late shifts (10pm finish) comprising the majority of support hours, while also providing appropriate Waking Night Support. Successful candidates would fit in to a rota pattern that meets the needs of the service but also attempts to accommodate the needs of individual staff members.
Our Supported Living service is based in the Glenrothes area. As a Support Worker, you will hold a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals, enabling them to exercise their choices and live life to its fullest. Your duties will involve aiding with personal care, managing medications, providing mealtime support, and fostering independence and engagement. While prior experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant is advantageous, it's not mandatory, as we provide an excellent training and induction program to thoroughly prepare you for your new position.
