Returns Administrator
Job Location: Poole, Dorset (nr fleetsbridge)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Thursday & 8am – 4pm on Friday + free parking

We are recruiting for a Returns Administrator to join a leading decorative homeware manufacturer who supply directly to consumers and businesses all around the UK.
The overall purpose of the product team is to help minimise returns and product damage to help enhance customer experience.
What the team does is take all the information regarding the product returns, log it and then analyse it to determine why the item was returned and how the company can make improvements to stop it happening again.
This role would suit someone who is good at using excel spreadsheets and is used to doing a lot of data input.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will develop your skills so that you can undertake the following duties;
• Managing and maintaining product return spreadsheets
• Pulling and extracting returns data and feeding back findings to internal departments
• Analysing product inspection reports and updating company systems with the up-to-date information
• Working closely with product developers to prevent future returns
• Communicating all necessary findings to factories and manufacturers in China via emails and video
• Communicating quality issues to the warehouses and other internal departments
• Investigating customer queries and complaints
• Providing support to the product developers and product teams
The successful applicant will possess:
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Confidence in communicating with external customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Proactive approach
