Corporate associate/ senior associate - Liverpool City Centre
A really exciting opportunity for a corporate associate/ senior associate to join a highly regarded regional firm in their Liverpool City Centre office. The corporate team are Legal 500 rated and is headed by ex-top tier Partners.
The Role:
· Corporate associate/ senior associate
· Working alongside a Partner with over 20 years experience heading up corporate teams in international practices
· Opportunity to take on a broad caseload including; M & A, private equity, reorganisations, joint ventures, LLPs, Partnerships and public company takeovers, disposals, investments & shareholder agreements, company formations etc.
· Working with a Partner who has a strong network in Liverpool
· Developing relationships with new clients
· Client base includes; privately owned companies and owner managed businesses - across all sectors

Candidate Requirements:
· Corporate solicitor 3 PQE+
· Good technical ability
· Ambitious
· Personable
· Self-motivated
